Pam Boehm

President, Hill College


Dr. Pam Boehm has demonstrated outstanding leadership, dedicated service, and excellence in communication, cooperation, and collaboration through work at Hill College, her participation in and leadership of the North Texas Community College Consortium, and her advocacy for community colleges across Texas through TACC and THECB. In July 2014, Boehm was appointed as the 10th president of Hill College. From that time and until her retirement in May 2022, she focused efforts on initiatives designed to further ensure student success at Hill College, showcased the college as a unique and innovative institution of teaching and learning, and instituted the annual Instructional Innovation Conference in partnership with NTCCC. She has expanded dual credit programs with school districts in all campus locations, established university partnerships, partnered with local industries for technical training and certifications, and developed outreach programs and partnerships for Johnson and Hill County communities. Boehm served as Chair of the North Texas Community College Consortium Board of Directors and shaped the 2015-2020 and 2020-2025 strategic plans as well as updating NTCCC’s charter and bylaws. She has been an active advocate for the Consortium and under her leadership brought two additional community college members into the organization. At the state level, Boehm has on the Texas Higher Education Community & Technical College Leadership Council as well as the Legislative Committee and 60x30 Strategic Plan Committee of TACC.
