Mapping Corporate Training to Higher Education

Draft Agenda

Join your colleagues from business programs across Texas to map corporate training competencies to business L1, L2, and AAS programs identified at the December 4, 2017 Business Program Sharing Session.

Goals of this meeting:
1. Map competencies from existing corporate training programs (i.e. McDonalds, etc.) to community college courses and programs.
2. Create statewide crosswalk from corporate training programs to community college courses and programs.
3. Identify resources to support stakeholders (i.e. credit for prior learning portal, competency model visualizations, etc.).

Please register as an institution.  Your team will represent business, human resources, management, culinary, hospitality, logistics, transportation, safety, construction, engineering, and welding program areas.  There is no cost for this event.
