Executive Steering Committee

The Executive Steering Committee provides overall direction and coordination of the Consortium's activities. The Executive Steering Committee consists of the following five Board members: Chair-Elect, Chair, Immediate Past Chair, University of North Texas Board representative, and the Consortium president.

The Executive Steering Committee:

• Provides overall direction and coordination of the Consortium's standing committees,
• Works with the Consortium president to plan and execute the activities of the Consortium,
• Makes recommendations to the Board of Directors as appropriate,
• Creates and approves committees, planning teams, and task forces needed to carry out the work of the Consortium, and
• Recommends additional standing committees to the Board of Directors.
