Strategies for Staying Sane During COVID-19 and Beyond
Session Description
This session will review stress, coping skills, self-care, and ways to ensure a healthy well-being for adults and students. Mindfulness practices will be modeled along with positive self-talk strategies. The key to healthy students begins with the healthy adults who support them.
Session Goals
1. Participants will better understand strategies that support healthy well-being. 2. Participants will be able to apply and transfer skills learned to adults and students they support.
